San Antonio Del Mar Property Owners' Association

The 2004 Community Board of Directors is happy to confirm the creation of a formal Association for San Antonio de Mar. Points of contact for the Association include:

• Sergio Alverez, phone# 044.664.498.8480, or at the south enterance at 10:00AM each weekday for assistance in the Community.
• "U Name It" store at the south enterance during normal business hours for the payment of dues or delivering witten suggestions or concerns.
• The payment of dues can also be made by mail to: Colonos de San Antonio del Mar, PMB 1355, 416 West San Ysidro Blvd. #L, San Ysidro, CA 92173. Dues remain $50 /month paid quarterly ($25.00 for lots) or $480.00 per yeare paid annually ($240 for Lots).
